OUTSIDE OF SCHOOL HOURS CARE PROGRAM
An Outside of School Hours Care Program (managed by Camp Australia) provides quality child care at the school from 7.30am until 8.45am and from 3.30pm to 6.00pm daily. A fee is charged for each session. Interesting recreational activities are provided in a caring environment. Students can attend on a regular or casual basis.
For any enrolment enquiries or messages please contact the Program Co-ordinator on 9836 0174. The office is staffed from 7.30 - 8.45 each morning and from 3.00 - 6.00 each afternoon, but messages can be left on the program's answering machine at any time.

SCHOOL FEES
While the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development provides in excess of 90% of the school's operating costs, its grants are inadequate to meet the cost of all the programs offered at Canterbury. Without fees, contributions and fundraising the school could simply not provide the quality and range of educational programs and resources that parents and the school expect for students.
In 2008 fees range from $422 to $502 depending on the level and include the following components:
- Booklist Requirements
- Curriculum Contribution
- Religious Education
- Excursions
- First Aid Attendant
- Grounds Maintenance
- Technology and Support
- Parents & Friends Subscription
- School Building and Library Trust Funds
The Parents and Friends Association (P&FA) operate a Uniform Shop on behalf of the school.
The Uniform Shop is open: 8.45 - 9.30am, Monday and Thursday
Payments can be made by cash or cheque (made payable to Canterbury Primary School).
LUNCHES
School Council appoints a contractor to provide a lunch service to the school each day. Orders are collected in the classroom each morning and in turn collected by the supplier. Lunches are delivered to the school before lunchtime.
